Privacy Policy

The SMSF Professionals’ Association of Australia Ltd (SPAA) is a non-profit organisation that is not required to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Principles contained therein. However, SPAA’s Board has decided to advise its members of the information it collects and how it uses that information.

Website Visitor Information

SPAA does not collect data on who has visited its website other than statistical information on the number of times the website is visited and voluntary information conveyed in surveys. Information collected through contact with the webmaster via the website will be treated as correspondence with the Secretariat and may be retained for record purposes.
