I hereby apply to become a General Member of the SMSF Professionals' Association of Australia Limited (SPAA). I agree to disclose any further relevant information required by SPAA to support this application and declare all information supplied in this application is correct and true.
Once admitted to membership, I agree to pay all membership fees within 14 days of SPAA's written acceptance of my application. I understand that my membership will cease if the fees are not received by the due date.
I agree to abide by the Constitution of the SMSF Professionals' Association of Australia Limited, which I have read.
I agree not to use, or in any way hold out to be a SPAA Specialist Member, until obtaining the Specialist Member Accreditation and receiving approval for the use of the SMSF Specialist Advisor™ and/or SMSF Specialist Auditor™ designations by SPAA.
Note:
Annual subscription fee is $660.00 (incl GST).
Subscription period of membership from 01 April - 31 March.
